The London International Cuban Congress takes place right in the heart of central London within walking distance of St Pancras International, Euston and Kings Cross mainline and underground train stations. The daytime workshop and evening party venues are less than a 15-minute walk apart!

Friday & Saturday Evening Parties – The Camden Centre (Sunday - Scala)

The evening parties and shows take place in the ballroom at the Camden Centre. The Camden Centre is an art-deco civic centre with a large wooden dance floor, stage, seated gallery area and a cloakroom. It plays host to a large number of events each year including regular cultural events, festivals, conferences, concerts and salsa events. All evening parties and shows will be taking place in the Camden Centre where will also be providing our very own Cuban bar – please note that the bar will be cash only so please remember to bring plenty of pesos (Pound Sterling only)!

Travelling to the Camden Centre by train

The Camden Centre is located directly opposite St Pancras (Eurostar) International Train station and a 5 minute walk from Euston and King’s Cross mainline train stations.

Evening Party & Live Band (Sunday) – Scala

ScalaScala is a beautiful multi-purpose venue in the regenerated King’s Cross area, on the north side of central London. The building incorporates four main floors and accommodates events for as many as 1,145 people. There are three bars, 2 dance floors and a stage for live performances. Scala is a 5 minute walk from the Camden Centre.

Travelling to Scala by train

Scala is a 3 minute walk from Kings Cross and St Pancras International (Eurostar) Rail Station. Turn left out of the station and on to Pentonville Road.

Travelling to Scala by the Underground

Scala is a 3-minute walk from Kings Cross Underground Station. Underground lines at this station include Piccadilly, Northern, Victoria, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan and Circle lines.

Travelling to Scala by bus

Buses that run along Pentonville Road include 30, 73, 214. Additional buses that stop at Kings Cross Station include 10, 17, 45, 46, 63, 91, 259.

Workshops

The daytime workshops on Saturday and Sunday will take place in Scala.
