Please note that our tickets are not refundable. However if you are no longer able to attend the congress, you are able to sell your tickets on. Please contact us if you do this with the details of the person that you have sold your tickets to so that we can update your booking accordingly.

Salsa Explosion reserves the right to change artists/instructors and to modify the congress programme if and where necessary while maintaining the overall nature of the congress. All registered participants will be notified in the unlikely event of event cancellation due to force majeure, venue problems or low registration rate. In the unlikely event of congress cancellation all ticket fees paid will be refunded however Salsa Explosion cannot be held responsible for the loss of any travel, accommodation and/or other related expenses and participants are advised to arrange their own insurance for these purposes.
